Recently Kurt Naser spoke with an area realtor who is involved with a commercial property located close-by. From what he understood, it's the 3.8 acre commercial parcel located on County Line Road, immediately west of our Preston Hollow entrance/exit. We'll likely notice some sales marketing efforts there according to the realtor. Previously, this particular parcel was up for development as a medical professional center a few years ago but ultimately did not progress beyond the discussion and planning stages for whatever reason. At that time, the HOA took an interest in monitoring this property's developmental activity to the extent that the additional traffic flow may have had on the comings and goings of the Preston Hollow residents. Should more information become available it will be shared here.
