In carrying out the duties the HOA will follow the laws of the State of FL governing such HOA associations following what is commonly known as the 720 statutes; file all required documents with the state of FL, and county of Hernando; and follow all duties and procedure as outlined in the By-Laws for the HOA.The Preston Hollow HOA will maintain the lowest possible financial commitment by its members to meet the above responsibilities for Preston Hollow.
