President, Preston Hollow HOA

To Whom It May Concern:

It has come to our attention that there have been violations to the Construction Trespass Law occurring at the Wyndsor Place subdivision. The silt fencing, which we installed for the benefit of your residents, has been deliberately ripped down. There have been incidences of people riding four wheel ATVs (kicking up sand), people using the roadway as a cut through, and most currently there have been reports of ARSON in the subdivision. The offenses occurring appear to be escalating in seriousness and we are very concerned about the safety of the adjacent homeowners. If anyone should observe any of these or other acts of malicious mischief we would request that he/she immediately call the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office ((352) 754-6830) to report the incident.
Please discuss these issues with the residents of your subdivision and let everyone know that we will prosecute any perpetrators to the fullest extent lf the law.

Sincerely,
Mark Kundrat
