Some Garbage Cans have caused a concern

Homeowners please remember that your garbage cans should be retrieved in a timely basis from the curb on trash collection days. Some homeowners' have left their cans sit at the curb for days while in other cases, the cans are brought in from the street in a timely manner but are placed in front of the garage doors in plain view until used again on the next collection day. Please remember to follow our deed restrictions and help keep Preston Hollow a great little community.

This occurred around 10:00 PM on Forest Wood Ct. near Woodette Ct. and the Sheriff's office was called in. The person knocking on the homeowners door was distressed and said he lived on the 300 block of Forest Wood Ct. and needed to use the phone. The person was identified as a young adult and the homeowners called the police. If you have any more information or your home was also involved please contact someone on our Crime Watch. FYI - Crime Watch Update

On Sunday between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM two Preston Hollow Homeowners' were entering our subdivision when a car passed them going very fast. The car was driven by a young girl and had two teenage boys as passengers in the vehicle. It was an older sedan maybe a Subaru that flew down Preston Hollow Dr. and went into Hollow Oak Ct. to make a u-turn. They proceeded  to go back up Preston Hollow Dr. where they made a left onto Forest Wood Ct. and stopped in the middle of the street where the two young men jumped out of the car and knocked on a homeowners door. No one answered the door and they hopped back into the car and finally exited Preston Hollow. The two homeowners in following the vehicle observed that the car had no license plate number. If anyone saw this vehicle please contact a PHHOA Board Member or someone on our community Crime Watch Committee. Besides endangering our residents by speeding through our community they almost hit one of our homeowners.
