To: Our
Preston Hollow Neighbors
From: The
Architectural Committee
The ACC
wants to help our neighbors maintain our PH Community to be a place for which
we are all proud.
We would
like to remind everyone of a few items that need to be addressed in an effort to
maintain our entire neighborhood in the best possible way.
1-Recently,
there have been complaints of garbage and recyclables being placed on the curb
days in advance or garbage cans left at the curb days after the collection
day. The complaints also include garbage
cans not stored out of the street view. Remember to follow our Deed
Restrictions. Garbage, trash or recyclables should be placed curbside on
designated collections days using suitable containers. Once emptied, containers should be then
returned to the residence in a timely manner and stored in a location that is
not viewable from the street.
2- Make sure
that your irrigation system is properly
maintained and set to the proper day and time of your designated watering
day. If you water on a different day you
leave yourself open to a county fine.
3- Please maintain
your lawn and landscaping according
to our Deed Restrictions.
4- Hedges
must be maintained at a height not to exceed six (6) feet.
5- Before
you remove any trees (specifically trees
larger than three (3) inches in diameter), check with the ACC. Depending on the tree type and size, a county
permit may also be required. So check with the county before cutting down a
tree. For you own protection, make sure
that the tree service you hire has the proper credentials and insurance.
6- Please
review and comply with the Preston Hollow Deed Restrictions regarding the
parking of recreational vehicles such as boats, trailers, golf carts, etc.
If you have any questions or comments, do not
hesitate to contact any of the ACC members.
Have a safe
and great summer.
Your ACC
Committee.

Obliviously there are numerous violations in the neighborhood from overgrown weeds to commercial vehicles with signs- garbage cans, hedges over six feet. So why isn’t the ACC taking care of the violations. In the last several months the neighborhood has been on a steady decline! Where is the Board of Directors? The homeowners Association is falling apart, time for them to step up and correct the ongoing demise of the neighborhood.
