Preston Hollow Homeowners' Alert
Preston Hollow Association
Earlier today, multiple homeowners reported a person wandering around Preston Hollow, walking in our yards and close to our homes. The description is a white male, mid-20's in age, medium height and build, wearing at the time bright red slacks and grey or black shirt. A call was made to the Hernando County Sheriff's office but the stranger was gone by the time the officer arrived.
So please be on the alert for this "wanderer" and call the Sheriff should you feel unsafe or threatened.

FYI - On How To Kill The Stink Weed Vine
There are many homes that are fighting a battle with the stink weed vine and it is so hard to get rid of. This product is the only one that has been successful and it works very well. You just paint it on with a small paint brush on several inches close to the roots and it dies and all of the roots die. It may take several applications but it will get rid of it.
Arborchem Products: Home It was named vinex, but is now ordered by another name. You do not have to have a license to order or use the product.
This information was provided by Bill and Judy Thompson and I as a homeowner who cannot get rid of this vine really appreciate the information.

FYI To All Preston Hollow Homeowners regarding the ACC
All Homeowners:
Good News!
Ellis Tenenbaum agreed to take the lead with the Architectural Control Committee and has the Board of Directors' full support. In addition, Joe Groeneveld is joining the ACC to assist. His work experience and background is a great asset for the Association. The five ACC members are Ellis Tenenbaum, Carlos Manrique, Ken Ryden, Ron Silinsky, & Joe Groeneveld.
We should be getting back on track now and appreciate Ellis's initiative as well as all the ACC member's dedication in keeping Preston Hollow beautiful. The ACC is ready, willing, and able to address homeowner's concerns and appreciates your input and ideas.

A Message from PHHOA President Kurt Naser regarding our front entrance
Between the efforts of Ron Silinsky and Ellis Tenenbaum, the County Line Road area near our front entrance is receiving attention. Ellis notified the County earlier this week, advising that this area requires trimming once again to improve safety and vision. The County committed to have the area cut and trimmed within a 10 to 15 day time frame. In the meantime and on his own initiative, Ron began cutting the weeds at the entrance on County Line Road.
Thanks to both gentlemen for their efforts and example to keep us all safer.
